Notarial Acts

(Per Texas Government Code §406.024)

  • Acknowledgment (first signature): $10.00

  • Each additional signature: $1.00

  • Oath or Affirmation (Jurat): $10.00

  • Certified copy (notary record): $1.00 per page

  • Other notarial acts: $10.00

Remote Online Notarization (RON)

  • Additional RON fee per notarization: $25.00

  • Available on Request Only

Mobile Travel Fees (per appointment)

  • Up to 10 miles: $25.00

  • 11–20 miles: $40.00

  • 21+ miles: $1.50 per mile

Additional Fees

  • After-hours / weekend / holiday: $30.00

  • Rush or emergency requests: $25.00+

  • Wait time (after 15 minutes): $15.00 per 30 minutes

  • Document printing (up to 150 pages): $25.00

  • Scanbacks or faxbacks: $15.00

  • Courier drop-off (FedEx/UPS): $15.00

All additional fees must be agreed upon in advance.
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
